Bringing together schools, nonprofits, law enforcement, media, and community leaders to redirect young people from crime and toward
opportunity, connection, and support.
Youth with Potential is not a single program or organization. We bring together sectors that rarely work side by side—education, nonprofits, media, law enforcement, businesses, and community leaders—to align efforts, share responsibility, and focus on prevention before young people enter the system.
Through comprehensive services—including workforce development, anti-violence initiatives, career readiness training, food assistance, mental health support, and family stability programs—YWP recognizes that the success of youth is directly connected to the success of their families. Youth with Potential exists to prevent youth crime and change life trajectories by connecting young people and families with mentors, resources, and meaningful opportunities.
